  This furniture shop is the very reason why its best NOT always to shop on line just to save a meagre few pounds. We bought a quality SEALY mattress from West Lancs Furniture and through no fault of theirs it developed a minor problem. It took one telephone call to sort it out and a most helpful lady arranged a replacement directly from Sealy - it was that simple. This kind of personal service just does not exist with an internet transaction. So before you buy furniture or beds etc, have a look here for some good old fashioned and much forgotten about customer service and, as importantly a good and fair price!
