  Visited yesterday and was surprised at the lack of courtesy shown at the till. The only thing said to me throughout the process was "six sixty three" (£6.63). There was no "Hello" or "Do you need a bag" or "Do you have a Clubcard" or "Thank You" (my thank you was met with silence) or "Goodbye". I mentioned this to my wife last night and she said she has experienced this on a number of occasions in the past. Sorry if we are inconveniencing you Tesco! We live very close to the store and used to spend £100+ every week there - it seems they are not trying very hard to win back lost customers.
