  Having recently experienced the nightmare of my hard drive having stopped working I spoke to Ken who instantly managed my expectations and hopes, and at the same time gave me the confidence that everything that could be done would be done to recover the lost data, even liaising with a third party to ensure the crucial data was recovered as quick as possible. Excellent customer service! Value for money was superb with no last minute surprises on the bill. Can't fault and will certainly be back!

  Walked in on a thursday morning with my laptop. The casing was lifting badly when I opened it up... the hinge was damaged ..I thought. The young guy behind the counter took a look and said a screw was missing that held the casing together. He popped 2 new screws in and it appears back to right. Absolutely excellent service.   Gave them my PC which had gone belly-up and they fitted a new hard drive at a very reasonable price and also managed to rescue my documents, music and pictures which my external hard drive had failed to do so I'm delighted.
